If you have purchased a travel insurance policy from InsureandGo and you feel that is no longer suitable, or you have noticed a problem with your insurance, please contact us as soon as possible. As you are entitled to a 14 day cooling-off period, we will be able to cancel your existing policy, issue you with a full refund and offer you a policy that is more suitable. To arrange this, please contact us. Please be aware that the cooling-off period does not apply if you have already traveled or claimed on the policy. After the 14 days period we will no longer be able to cancel the policy but please contact our customer service team to discuss any necessary changes.
