I already have a policy but I've recently been diagnosed with a new medical condition. What do I do?

If you already have a policy^ and there has been a change in your medical status, you need to inform InsureandGo via email or speak to our Customer Services Team on: 1300 552 701 before you travel. Please keep in mind we have the right to change the conditions of your policy^ in line with the change of risk and depending on your condition. We may include or decline the cover, or charge an extra cost.
