What do I do if I am not happy with my policy?



InsureandGo customers have a 14 day cooling off period, so if you are not happy with your policy, you may cancel the policy within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund within 5-7 business days. Please keep in mind that we can only cancel a policy if there have been no claims related to your policy and your trip has not commenced.
