If you are an InsureandGo policyholder and have lost your holiday, we will change the dates on your insurance policy to cover your new holiday. To arrange this, please contact us within 30 days of the travel company going into administration. Alternatively InsureandGo offer cover if a travel service provider goes into administration under the Financial Default section of the policy. This cover is available up to a maximum of $1000 on the Silver and Gold policies. InsureandGo do not offer cover for Financial Default for travel agents, tour operators or booking agents going into administration.
